Refund and Returns Policy

At Clay Garden, we want you to love your handcrafted earrings and artisan jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your handcrafted earrings or jewelry must:

Be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
Be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or Personalized Earrings & Jewelry (Due to their unique nature, we cannot accept returns on custom-made pieces).
Sale Items (Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order details and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

Check your bank account or payment method again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please mail it to us.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
